Excellent pizza.
Good place
I tried the Maracanà restaurant in Velletri and I must say that I was really impressed. Their specialty, Roman pinza, is simply delicious. I never thought I would enjoy such a soft and light dough but crunchy where needed. Stringy mozzarella and the highest quality ingredients with a delicious crust.
One of the strong points of this place is the pizza by the meter. I enjoyed three of them with friends and I must say that it was perfect for a fun dinner, each meter is good for 4 people (3 if all men are gluttons). Not only was it convenient for a group of 12 people, but everyone could choose their own tastes and sizes without arguing about portions 😝🫡.
The real strength of the Maracanà is simplicity. They don't try to overdo it with fancy ingredients or artistic presentations. They know that true goodness lies in the use of quality ingredients and respect for Roman tradition.
Overall, the Maracana is a place worth a visit. If you are a lover of good Roman pizza and want to enjoy a pleasant evening with friends or family, this place is definitely the right one for you.
The venue is located adjacent to the football, padel and beach volleyball pitches. Top a nice little match and then it's great!
I unfortunately have to give a bad review after my experience.
We ordered a take-away pizza, we got a margherita, a boscaiola and a 4 cheese; When we went to taste the margherita it had an acidic taste, it must have been caused by the tomato sauce.
Then in general the pizza was good, except for the sausage in the boscaiola, it was quite raw.
The supplì and potatoes were good but the pizza disappointed me.
took two pizzas home via the deliveroo application. I was pleasantly impressed by the quality and quantity of the ingredients. The dough was also really excellent, leavened very well and was absolutely digestible, congratulations. If I have …
